Rates

Administrative and Desktop Publishing Services

$40/Hour - Half-Hour minimum
After the first half-hour, subsequent time will be billed in 15-minute increments.

Monthly Retainer Program
After a trusted working relationship is established, you will be entitled to enter our Monthly Retainer Program.

$144/Month for 4 Hour Retainer*
You will be billed in advance $144 for your 4-hour retainer ($36/hour) and then in 15-minute increments at the $36/hour rate for any time beyond the 4 hours

$256/Month for 8 Hour Retainer*
You will be billed in advance $240 for your 8-hour retainer ($32/hour) and then in 15- minute increments at the $32/hour rate for any time beyond the 4 hours.

*There are no refunds for hours/minutes not used and retainer hours/minutes can not be added to subsequent months.

Additional Charges:
In addition to the hourly rate or retainer fee, you will be charged for postage, purchase of special letterhead and other stationery (if not provided by you), printing and binding services, and any other items or services outside of typical office supplies and services.  

Items requiring a "Rush" or 24 hour turnaround will incur additional charges based on the scope of work.

Website Design

Calling Card Site ~ $225*
Three-page design which includes a main page, a contact page, and one further page of your choosing.  

Medium Site ~ $425*
Six-page design which will include a main page, a contact page, and four further pages of your choosing. 

Larger Sites ~ $425 for the first six pages and add $50 for each page beyond six.*
Includes a main page, a contact page, and then add on as many pages as you like!  

* All pages will be of one consistent design. 

Additional Design Services and Charges
If you require something that is not covered by our typical plans, please contact me.

Installation and design adaptation of ecommerce pages (shopping carts), forums (bulletin boards), blogs, and other database driven sites and pages will incur costs based on the scope of work.  Charges incurred from the purchase of third-party scripts, graphics, and other items required by the client will be additional.

A fee will be incurred for the conversion of files to .pdf format for use on your website, however, .pdf pages will not be charged as additional pages.

Hosting Services

Paid Monthly ~ $12.50/Month and One-Time $15 Set Up Fee
You will be invoiced monthly and have the option to switch to a quarterly or yearly contract at anytime.

Paid Quarterly ~ $33/Quarter and One-Time $10 Set up Fee
You will be invoiced every three months and have the option to switch to a yearly contract at anytime. 

Paid Yearly ~ $120/Year and Set Up Fee is Waived
You will be invoiced yearly.  This is the most economical plan of all.  Equivalent to $10/month and no set up fee!

Hosting does not include the cost of your domain name (your .com, .net, .org, etc. name). We can help facilitate the purchase of a domain name on your behalf which will usually cost between $10 to $15 for the year.
